School was back in FULL swing this week!

We had our visit from the Johnson County Library and Ms. Lydia, our high school students started PE and getting some workouts in, all students started STEM off strong with building towers.

All students have started their novel studies, math is being worked on with manipulatives, and social studies and science experiments have begun!

We’ve almost sold out of everything in our new school store, The Wolf Den. The kids have already said what they wanted to spend that money on- a coffee bar for the teachers 🥹🥹 just their thought of thinking of others makes us so proud!

Student Council elections, Archery, and BETA will begin soon!!

Time for rest and then WEEK 2!!

CYA is partnering with Villa Crest Academy to bring our students an option to play basketball in the Wolves jerseys 🐺 💚 HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!

We also welcome any other Homeschool students that would proudly wear our Green!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS ON!

The playground fence took a little beating from the winds but the school is in tip top shape!

We are SO ready!! See you tomorrow!

We’ve sent out class messages to parents via homeroom teacher, but there will be NO SCHOOL on Wednesday, August 19th, due to the continued Power Loss at the school.

We will continue to update! Enjoy one last day of Summer, students! 😎

We had the BEST time seeing our students at the Luau Meet & Greet at the Pool 🌺 🤿🏝️

So special the kids got to meet each other, calm the nerves, and have a lot of FUN!

Our teachers took the curriculum out of the classroom and into the Outdoors with a professional development trek across Petit Jean State Park. This workshop used the park’s most iconic landscapes—Rock House Cave, Bear Hollow, and the Cedar Falls Overlook—as living laboratories to explore Arkansas’s deep geological and cultural history.

We see a field trip in our future!! 🪨🌳🥾
