This weekend is dedicated to the knowledge of plants of which we humans depend upon for our survival. What better way to recognize and celebrate the plant spirit than with music and dance.
The Wizard will offer a gong meditation at sunset Friday evening. Sending the vibrations to our plant sisters and brothers to awaken and join us.

Meet the presenters:
Dr. Andre Clewell is an Oberlin College graduate and received his Ph.D. in Botany from Indiana University. Andre spent the first 16 years of his career serving on the faculty at Florida State University. While there, Andre authored the taxonomic manual, Guide to the Vascular Plants of the Florida Panhandle. This text has been the go to guide for identification of our local flora. Andy's latest book "Vegatation Patterns in Florida Eastern Panhandle" should be out this autumn. Andy is a life member of The Theosophical Society in America with an interest in the Nexus of Science and Spiritually.
Andy's workshop topic " Universal consciousness with an emphasis on plants and other life" You don't want to miss this enlightening discussion.

Reconnecting with Plant Spirit

This is our Tenth year of hosting the North Florida Permaculture Gathering, both spring and fall events. You will not find a better deal for the cost to fun/education ratio.

Wildcat Creek Educational Center offers a special 3-day fee of $75 which includes: 5 vegan meals, music, parking, camping and all workshops. This special rate allows you to experience a community connection over the 3 days. The single day prices are $30 for Friday workshop, music and Wildcat walk with an additional $10 for each meal. Saturday prices $40 for all events in addition to $10 per meal. Sunday prices $30 all events an additional $10 per meal. The event will occur Rain or Shine, Please sign up and pay at the event, or pay via zelle. If you sign up we expect you to attend and will buy food for you. Much Love, bill

Wildcat is excited to welcome this amazing human to the October gathering.
Eric Lewis is a permaculturist, forager and all around plant lover who has dedicated his life to deepening the relationship between people and plants. He is an educator, gardener, and a partner in Plant Path nursery, a Frederick Md area permaculture plant nursery with a strong focus on fruit and nut trees. Inspired by the wise words of world renowned ethnobotanist Frank Cook, Eric is continually encouraging everyone to respect the plants as people and eat something wild every day.
