Important Reminders for Parents and Guardians Regarding Child Nutrition
🍎 The Free and Reduced Meal Program grace period will end on September 22, 2026.
🍎 If you believe your child qualifies for free or reduced-price meal benefits and you have not submitted an application for the 2026-2027 school year or have not received a letter confirming eligibility, you will need to complete an application. You must complete an application every year to remain eligible.
🍎 We strongly encourage families to apply online at https://www.schoolcafe.com, as it is the fastest and most convenient option. Applications can be completed on a computer or mobile device. You will need to create an account and set up a username and password before completing the application.
🍎 Families who are unable to apply online may pick up a paper application from their child's school office or at Central Office Gracey (621 Gracey Avenue, Clarksville).
🍎 If an approved application is not on file by September 23, your child's meal status will change to paid, and parents/guardians will be responsible for any meal charges on the student's account.
