We had such a wonderful evening welcoming our new tortoises at Kindergarten Kickoff! 🐢

Our hearts are with the Kenwood Middle School community during this incredibly difficult time. The tragic bus accident has touched so many, and we stand in support of the students, families, staff, and first responders affected.
We are keeping you in our thoughts and sending strength, compassion, and care. In moments like these, our communities come together to lift one another up.

We are so proud of Ms. Brown for going above and beyond to secure this opportunity for students. Thank you CDE Lightband for always championing for public schools and education.

We are so appreciative for all of our amazing educational assistants, teacher residents, and media assistant.

Because of them, classrooms are more inclusive, learning is more accessible, and every student has someone in their corner. Their impact reaches far beyond academics. We appreciate them more than words can express.

Tonight is Chuck E Cheese spirit night from 3-7 pm.

Also: If you would like to serve as a parent volunteer (responsible for running an event or station) Please complete a volunteer interest form and volunteer agreement form, review the volunteer code of ethics and reach out to [email protected] to set up a time to complete the required training ASAP. Our schedule is a little different from past years, and will be a full-day format, with volunteers needing to arrive at 8:00 am. The event stations will wrap up at 3:00 pm. If you just want to accompany your student as they travel to and participate in each station, you do not need to complete the forms, as you will be attending as a guest, not a volunteer.
