Here are seven ways to make the start of school a success!

1️⃣ Registration 💻
Start the enrollment process at https://parents.cmcss.net/Home. To see the list of required documents, visit cmcss.net/registration.

2️⃣ Transportation 🚌
Find important transportation information at cmcss.net/bussafety, including safety tips for young riders and a bus stop locator.

3️⃣ Nutrition 🍎
Interested in school lunches? Create an account at schoolcafe.com. Learn how to add money to your child's account or apply for Free & Reduced Lunch (beginning in July).

4️⃣ Read with Your Child 📖
Reading with your child is a fabulous way to prepare them for the classroom. Reading one book a day encourages listening skills, imagination, and memory. Find resources at cmcss.net/reads.

5️⃣ Visit Your School 🏫
All elementary schools will host a Back-to-School Night in August. This is an excellent time to tour the school, speak with school staff, and more!

6️⃣ Immunizations 🩺
Proof of immunization is required during the enrollment process. Details, including exemption information, are at cmcss.net/health.

7️⃣ Follow Your School 🔍
All schools have websites and social media accounts. A list of school websites is available at cmcss.net/elementary. Official school social media pages are linked to the district's page.
