A few stripes went out recently and we need to congratulate the recipients. First is Coach Heather from Renzo Gracie Stewart County not only does she run classes at her location but she makes sure to get her training done in the noon classes when she can, this stripe was well earned. We also want to recognize Farah for getting back to traing this summer and staying dedicated. Coach Duvien also received a stripe along with Coach Kyle you can get some rolls with them in the noon class. Great job everyone 👏

This month we have been working from the closed guard. We've been going over sweep, guard breaks and attacks all from closed guard.

We want to give a huge congratulations to on earning his BJJ black belt! Years of dedication, countless hours on the mats, and the kind of consistency that doesn't happen by accident, this achievement is well earned.
From white belt to black, we've watched Luke grow into not just a better grappler, but a better version of himself. That's what this sport is really about.
