Parents please be aware that for summer tryouts, only students that have all physical paperwork submitted and that are enrolled in our school, or in process of enrolling, or can show proof of change of residence to our school’s zone can try out and participate. Use final forms directions to upload the information to portal.

Also, this is the contact information for the coaches for the summer. I have included the coaches in this email so that they are aware this is where they will be contacted over the summer by parents. Plus they have the final forms attachment so they know what was sent out.

Class of 2026 Senior Sunset Photos

Upcoming Senior Photo Information
- We will now use a company called CADY. WCHS will no longer use LifeTouch for any events or photos.
-Students can sign up for a session online @ https://booking.cady.com/
-The lowest session that is available costs 30 $ and includes:
• A formal photo (Tux or Drape)
• A cap and gown photo (WCHS cap and gown)
• A casual photo (outfit of your choosing)
• A 30 $ credit towards and printed photos you purchase
-Session options span from the basic 30 $ session to a 299 $ studio experience. Each family is encouraged to choose the package that works best for them.

• There are no free sessions- this is a change from previous years
-Senior photo sessions will occur mostly over summer break- this is a change from previous years.
• Senior Photo Session Dates and locations:
o July 14-18th CHS- parking lot. CADY tractor trailer
o July 25th WCHS- weekend session
o August 21st WCHS - during the school day
o August 29th WCHS - weekend session
• Students who do not have reliable transportation should choose an August 21st session
• Sessions may not populate until the previous session has been nearly filled.
• Studio sessions will take place at the CADY studios and may be scheduled for any available date and time.
-The final deadline for senior pictures to be taken is December 19, 2026
