Dramatic play is a big focus at Foundations! We love to see students use what they are learning and deepen their understanding through imaginative play. In 2025 we did a weather learning theme, and the students had so much fun in the pretend weather news station! 👀 this little videographer 😍

☀️ It’s time for a summer series! We’ll be sharing highlights of our favorite things about Foundations.

😎 First up: SMALL CLASS SIZES are a game-changer. Your child isn’t just a number at our little school. Low ratios help teachers meet all students’ needs and provide an individualized learning experience for each child.

Year 2 was special. 💛

☀️ THANK YOU to every family who has trusted us to love, care for, and disciple your children. It is an honor.
☀️ We feel especially blessed by our founding families who enrolled last year and stuck with us in Year 2. You believed in us when even our loved ones thought we were crazy, and you have transformed our lives, and made our teacher dreams come true. We will be forever grateful to you for jumping aboard when we had a big empty building and a vision.
☀️ Thank you also to Olivet Free Will Baptist Church. You are wonderful partners and your support makes a difference in the lives of children and families on the daily. This ministry has been transformative and a blessing to every student, family and teacher involved. We will always be thankful that you said “yes.”

There are so many more people we want to thank who support, pray for, or encourage us quietly. Most of them prefer to remain anonymous. You know who you are. Thank you. 🙏

🍦 Today we made ice cream! Students raced their hearts out in a phonics 4k 😉 and cooled off with a DIY sweet treat. Check our stories for more behind the scenes!

☀️ Field Day! ☀️ It was a rain or shine kind of thing. ☺️ We had so much fun playing games and building good sportsmanship qualities in our students today. Everyone had a blast!

🌀Rewind Week, Day 5: CHRISTMAS🌀
We traveled back in time to everyone’s favorite theme… 🎄 ❄️ 🔔 🎁

✈️ Christmas Around the World took us to Canada where we learned how maple syrup is made and we got to have a taste test with pancakes.
⛄️ A snowball fight helped us get some exercise.
🎄 We decorated the tree and enjoyed a story by the fireplace.
🎶 Our kiddos still remember their carols from the Christmas program and sang them together!
⭐️ The Nativity dramatic play center was a hit as always.
🎁 Anything wrapped up is an exciting gift when you’re in preschool…juice boxes all around! 😉
