Alumnus creates the Joe Shakeenab Achievers & Scholars Endowed Scholarship for APSU students The scholarship will be awarded to one undergraduate member of the Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center Achievers and Scholars Program and one undergraduate assistant at the center each year.
