Keeping Kenwood in our hearts.

Monday, March 30th will be Black and Gold Day. All students, faculty, staff, and community members are encouraged to wear black and gold to show our support for our students, teachers, and bus driver who were involved in the bus accident on Friday.

Rossview Middle School will observe an extended moment of silence for one minute during our morning announcements to honor and reflect on those impacted.

We ask that each of you join us in keeping Kenwood Middle School in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Out of an abundance of caution, we will not host a community gathering event to begin the morning, as schedules, traffic, and safety may be impacted.

In moments like this, the strength of a school community is revealed. Kenwood Middle School is a place built on relationships, care, and resilience. While this loss is deeply felt, we stand together—supporting one another, lifting one another up, and walking forward with compassion and unity. 🖤💛

Board meeting next Tuesday March 10th at 2:15 in the Teachers lounge. This is a pivotal meeting as we will determine the next steps for the PTO by either electing a new board or dismantling the organization.
