If you haven't visited the K12 Help Center lately, now is a great time! The site has been refreshed with helpful resources, guides, and answers to many common questions.

⭐ One of my favorite new features is the "System Status" button!

Wondering if the K12 School platform is experiencing technical issues? Instead of guessing, simply click System Status. A pop-up window opens with the current status of K12 systems, along with any known issues or updates. It's a quick and easy way to see if a problem is widespread before spending time troubleshooting on your own.

🔍 While you're there, try searching for a topic you've had questions about—you might be surprised by all the helpful articles available!

We're excited to welcome all of our new and returning Indiana Gateway Digital Academy students!
Before Thursday, please take a few minutes to get ready:
✅ Returning families: Clear your browser's cache and cookies before logging in.
✅ Log in using the K12 shortcut on your school laptop or visit login.k12.com.
✅ Use the student's username and password.
✅ If you're asked to Verify your account, that's expected—please complete the verification.
⏰ Don't wait until class starts to log in!
Our first live Class Connect begins at:
• 8:00 AM CST
• 9:00 AM EST
Students are required to attend their live sessions during the first days of school.
Need help? Contact us right away if you have trouble logging in. We'd much rather help you before Thursday morning than after classes begin!
