🎉 Meet Mrs. Stockard! 🎉

While many of you already know her as part of our Chapel Hill family, we are thrilled to officially welcome Mrs. Stockard to our Hybrid Homeschool Team as our Level 2 History & Science Teacher!

Mrs. Stockard married her childhood sweetheart and spent 20 years as a military spouse, living across multiple states and overseas before her family planted roots in Clarksville. After a career in healthcare, she chose to step away from that field when her oldest son was born and has spent the last nine years homeschooling her children—a season she treasures for the opportunity to learn and grow alongside them.

Mrs. Stockard loves exploring the outdoors with her family, visiting historical sites, attending sporting events, and spending time in the kitchen. She has a passion for nutrition and enjoys studying the connection between food, health, and faith through a Biblical lens. When she’s not teaching or caring for her family, you’ll likely find her reading historical fiction or diving into a new book.

She is excited to bring her love of history, science, and lifelong learning into the classroom, and we are excited to have her invest in the lives of our students!

We are excited to welcome Mrs. Kierstin Holman to the Chapel Hill Christian Academy family as our High School Pre-Algebra and Geometry Teacher!

Mrs. Holman brings seven years of middle school mathematics teaching experience, having taught 7th-grade math at Rossview Middle School. This year, she is excited to take the next step in her educational journey by transitioning to the high school classroom and helping students build confidence and success in mathematics.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Austin Peay State University in 2012 and received her teaching license through the Nashville Teacher Residency program in 2019. Mrs. Holman is currently completing the final year of her Master of Arts in Education in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis in Mathematics, at APSU.

Outside of school, Mrs. Holman is a proud mom to two wonderful boys, Kemper (10) and Fletcher (2). Between sports practices, games, and family adventures, life stays busy and exciting! She loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family.

One fun fact about Mrs. Holman is that she authored a children’s book last summer titled Mystery Mathematicians: Who Am I? Inspired by her passion for mathematics education, the book encourages students to see themselves as capable problem-solvers and to recognize that everyone can think like a mathematician.

Mrs. Holman is passionate about helping students grow academically while developing confidence in their God-given abilities. We are thrilled to have her join our Upper School team and look forward to the impact she will make in the lives of our students.

🌟 Meet Mrs. Haynes! 🌟

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Haynes and her family to the Chapel Hill community! She will be joining our Lower School team as our 4th Grade Math Teacher, and we are excited for the impact she will have on our students.

Mrs. Haynes has served in education for the past 13 years, including eight years teaching 4th and 5th grade math and science, followed by five years as an Academic Coach. Her passion for helping students grow academically and personally makes her a wonderful addition to our school family.

She and her husband, Taylor, have two children, Hazel and Harvey, who will also be attending Chapel Hill this year. As a family, they love making memories together, seeking new adventures, and trying exciting activities—most recently, zip lining!

Mrs. Haynes shares that her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” This verse serves as a daily reminder to place her trust fully in God’s guidance and faithfulness.

🌟 Welcome to Chapel Hill, Mrs. Annah Veazey! 🌟

We are excited to welcome Annah Veazey to our Student Support Team as our Math Intervention & Enrichment Teacher!

Annah is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Shortly after marrying her husband, they embarked on the adventure of a lifetime, living and teaching in Japan. They spent 16 years serving families at Yokota Air Force Base before relocating to Fort Campbell in 2020. Annah and her husband are blessed with a wonderful family that includes their oldest daughter (29), son (21), youngest daughter who will be entering 6th grade at Chapel Hill, and their 19-year-old niece.

With nearly 20 years of experience serving military families through the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Annah brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our school community. Throughout her career, she has taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades and has earned a Master’s Degree in Administration and Leadership.

When she isn’t teaching, Annah enjoys spending time in her garden, reading on her porch, and crocheting soft, cozy creations.

Annah has a special heart for helping students discover their potential, especially those who may be struggling or need extra encouragement to experience success. Her personal motto, “Every Student, Every Chance,” reflects her commitment to meeting each child where they are and helping them grow.

One of her favorite passages of Scripture is Luke 15:3-7, where Jesus shares the parable of the lost sheep, reminding us of His relentless love and the joy found when even one sheep returns home to the Shepherd.

We are grateful that God has led Annah to Chapel Hill, and we can’t wait to see the impact she will have on our students and families. Please join us in giving her a warm Chapel Hill welcome! 💚🦁
