To Kids' Depot Family,

Goodbyes are never easy — especially when they come after decades of love, laughter, learning, and growing together. Today, with full hearts and immense gratitude, we share that Kids' Depot has officially transitioned to new ownership.

After 26 unforgettable years, serving thousands of families and nurturing countless children, our journey as your daycare provider is coming to a close. This moment is bittersweet, but it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter — both for us, and for the wonderful families who continue to walk through these doors.

Looking back, it’s impossible not to feel overwhelmed with emotion. From the very first child who walked through our doors to the most recent little one who joined our classrooms, every single child has left a mark on our hearts. Every smile, every milestone, every tiny hand we held has been a part of something bigger — something meaningful, something beautiful.

Over the years, we've had the honor of being a “home away from home” for your children. We’ve watched them take their first steps, learn their first words, make their first friends, and discover the world with wonder. We’ve celebrated birthdays, holidays, and graduations. We’ve been there for the scraped knees and the triumphs, for the tearful drop-offs and the joyful pickups. These are moments we’ll never forget — because they weren’t just part of our jobs; they were part of our lives.

We’ve always believed that childcare is so much more than a service — it’s a relationship built on trust, compassion, and community. We’re deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years, and for allowing us to be part of your children’s earliest and most important years.

As with all things in life, change is inevitable. Our parent company, Progressive Directions Inc., has made the heartfelt decision to refocus on its core mission. In doing so, they sought out a successor who would not only uphold the standard of care we've built — but who would carry it forward with the same passion, purpose, and love that has always defined Kids' Depot.

We are proud to announce that we have found that in THRIVE Early Learning Center.

THRIVE is a company rooted in the same values we hold dear — quality care, nurturing environments, and a commitment to helping every child grow and flourish. They are excited to become part of this incredible community, and just like us, they understand that what makes a daycare truly special is not the name on the sign, but the people inside.

You’ll still see the same familiar faces, hear the same joyful sounds, and feel the same warmth that has always filled our classrooms. Many of our incredible staff members — who have been the heart of Kids' Depot — will continue on under THRIVE’s leadership, ensuring consistency and comfort for you and your children.

We know this transition may bring questions, and possibly a few tears (ours included), but please know that this decision was made with the greatest care and consideration. It was our highest priority to ensure that Kids' Depot’s legacy of love and learning would live on — and we are confident that THRIVE will do just that.

You have all been part of something truly special. And though this chapter is closing, the memories, the friendships, and the impact will last a lifetime.
