Excel Academics Our highly qualified staff have masters degrees in the areas that they are teaching. We tutor in all subject ares- Preschool through 12th grade.

Learning is not one size fits all. Learning should be fun and Excel Academics can help make that happen. We are able to teach students of all ages and all skill levels, from elementary to high school. We are able to truly help all students. We also offer a more guided special needs tutoring services for students with learning disabilities who need a very regimented learning atmosphere. We will cre

ate a highly customized and individual learning program that accents your learning style and your current academic level. We are more than just tutors, we help build a students self confidence by helping them succeed academically. Using the Prescriptive Approach to learning we pretest- teaching to the weak areas indicated by the test and then follow up with post testing to see if the skill is learned. Excel Academics will work on your child's weak areas and prepare him/her to succeed in the classroom. Keeping in close contact with the child's classroom teacher is very important, We are aware of the requirements and changes of the school curriculum and the struggles that come with those changes, We will provide the best possible service to make sure that your child meets/exceeds these requirements. We take pride in our tutoring program and assure you of a successful learning experience.

If you have any questions about your child’s online assignments, Excel Academics is the place to ask for help. Our center is located in the Independence Commons Shopping Center. Our address is 5907 Dixie Hwy, Clarkston. We have been in the tutoring business for 15 years. I am the owner and I retired from the Clarkston Community School district after teaching for 33 years. We offer face to face tutoring with precautions according to the CDC guidelines. Tutors and students wear masks and the students do not come in contact with the other students.
