McCool Kids Yoga

McCool Kids Yoga McCool Kids Yoga offers yoga for both children, families and adults. Children learn breathing techniques to control anger, frustration, and other emotions.

McCool Kids Yoga classes are designed to help children learn to be successful in and out of the classroom. Through mediation, children learn how to calm themselves, focus their energy, and become less reactive. Children will laugh, sing, and dance and at the same time expel energy, improve coordination, strength, and flexibility. It is our belief that by developing these healthy habits early in life, children will become happy, successful adults.

Wednesdays in September, October & November

Weekly classes are outside behind the library and space is limited to 15 participants. Masks are strongly encouraged. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcomed to bring your own. 

Class will be cancelled due to rain or cold (below 45 degree) weather 30 minutes before the program.

We had an amazing yoga class yesterday morning. It was such a fun way to connect and get the weekend started. These yogis are learning the warrior poses. Hey Parents! Here's a class for the kids this week. Join us Saturday morning (July 17th) at Winnona Park for yoga. Parents are welcome to join the class, too.
