General PTO meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday November 4 at 7pm in the library! Everyone is invited to attend!

Hawkathon today at 10AM! Come watch the fun and find out how much money was raised for Heights Elementary School!

We are looking for volunteers to help the Pacific Science center on September 30. There are 2 slots open, we need 1 more volunteer for each time slot. The volunteers will help with stations and talk ro the students.

Tonight is the first general PTO meeting at Heights Elementary School at 7pm in the library. If you are interested in volunteering at the school, on field trips, or in the classroom, come and fill out the volunteer/background check form! Don't forget to bring a driver's license!
PTO is a fun way to get involved with your student's school! Help the PTO plan fun events and decide what items to purchase. Last year PTO was able to buy 11 promethean boards for classrooms, both indoor and outdoor gaga ball, new playground equipment, and much more!

We will have our first general meeting on Tuesday, Sept 9 at 7pm in the library at Heights Elementary School. Everyone is invited, we would love to have new members. Come learn more about PTO and how you can volunteer in many different ways for our students!

Back to school ice cream social! Come take pictures, have ice cream, and learn more about CHEPTO-Clarkston Heights Elementary Parent Teacher Organization! Join us on the playground at 5:30-7! The school will open 6-7pm to meet the teachers!

Our first Heights Fun Day was a success! The last fun day was 10 years ago, and they stopped doing them because they didn't have enough volunteers. PTO decided to take a chance and our parents and families showed up!! A huge thanks to all of you! We couldn't have done with without all the help! Thanks to Mrs. Mattoon, Mrs. Knewbow, and Mr. Huffman for helping PTO organize and plan the stations, students, and schedule. We owe a huge thank you to the Asotin County Fire Department for bringing the water trucks on a hot, sunny day and Nelly broadcasting for bringing the music! Photos coming soon! Heights Elementary School students! Tomorrow is "wear neon or bright colors" day!

The teachers enjoyed a coffee and lotus bar on Monday!! We appreciate everything they do for our kids!
