There will probably be a reason not to come.

Something else may need your time.

Someone may need your attention.

You may look at your calendar and think:

Maybe another time.

Maybe when life settles down.

Maybe when I’m not carrying quite so much.

But the women who need space most are often the ones who keep waiting for life to create it for them.

And life rarely does.

There is always another responsibility.

Another person to consider.

Another reason to place yourself further down the list.

EXHALE is not asking you to change your life.

It is not promising that everything will feel different afterward.

It is simply offering you two hours in which you do not have to carry, manage, explain, accomplish, or take care of anything.

You’ll be welcomed into a quiet, supportive space.

You’ll be gently guided into deep rest.

You’ll experience an immersive sound bath without needing to meditate, perform, share, or make anything happen.

And when you leave, perhaps you’ll notice something small but meaningful:

Your shoulders have softened.

Your breathing feels fuller.

The noise inside is a little quieter.

You remember what it feels like to receive instead of give.

Two hours will not remove everything waiting for you.

But they may remind you that you were never meant to disappear beneath it all.

If you have been reading about EXHALE and thinking, “I need this”…

Trust that recognition.

Choose the space before something else fills it. 🤍

What actually happens during the two hours of EXHALE?

If you have been curious but hesitant because you aren’t quite sure what to expect, let me make the experience more tangible.

You’ll arrive at a quiet, welcoming space and find a comfortable place to settle.

You won’t be asked to introduce yourself, explain what you’re carrying, or share anything personal.

I’ll gently guide you out of the pace and pressure of your morning through quiet reflection and restorative rest.

Then you’ll be invited to settle more deeply as the room fills with layers of sound and vibration during an immersive sound bath.

You may close your eyes or leave them open.

You may rest, notice your breathing change, feel emotion arise, or simply listen.

There is no correct response and nothing you are expected to make happen.

Afterward, you’ll have time to return slowly—without being rushed back into the world and without leaving with homework or another list of things to practice.

EXHALE is not about becoming better at carrying everything.

It is an opportunity to experience what it feels like when, for two hours, you don’t have to.

Perhaps this is the space you’ve been needing.

There is room for you. 🤍

I created EXHALE because I know what it feels like to be the person who keeps going.

The one who remembers.

The one who notices what needs to be done.

The one other people can depend on—even when she is tired, overwhelmed, or quietly wishing someone would notice how much she is carrying.

I also know how easy it is to adapt to that weight.

Eventually, you may stop thinking of yourself as overwhelmed.

You simply believe this is what being responsible feels like.

Over the years, I have watched women arrive at my classes carrying far more than anyone could see.

Then something would soften.

Their shoulders would lower.

Their breathing would change.

And afterward, they would say:

“I didn’t realize how much I needed that.”

Those words stayed with me.

They helped me recognize that women don’t always need more advice, more information, or another list of things to do.

Sometimes, what we need most is a place where we are not expected to accomplish anything.

A place where no one needs an answer from us.

A place where we can stop performing strength and allow ourselves to be supported.

That is why I created EXHALE.

A live, in-person, two-hour restorative experience and sound bath for women who have been holding everything together for too long.

For two hours, nothing is being asked of you.

You are invited to simply arrive as you are—and receive. 🤍

You do not need to know how to meditate.

You do not need to be able to quiet your mind.

You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced with sound baths.

You will not be expected to tell your story.

You will not be asked to share anything personal.

And you do not need to arrive feeling calm.

EXHALE is not another place where you have to perform, participate perfectly, or get something right.

You may sit or lie down.

You may close your eyes or leave them open.

You may listen quietly, rest, notice what arises—or simply allow yourself to be in a room where no one needs anything from you.

If slowing down feels unfamiliar, you are not doing it wrong.

You may simply have spent a very long time being the one who remembers, anticipates, manages, and holds everything together.

You don’t have to know how to relax before you come.

You only have to come as you are. 🤍

Some women don’t look overwhelmed.

They look capable.

They remember what everyone needs.
They anticipate what might go wrong.
They keep showing up.
They hold everything together.

And after a while, carrying too much stops feeling like carrying too much.

It simply feels normal.

**EXHALE** was created for that woman.

For two hours, you are invited to step away from the responsibilities, the mental lists, and the feeling that something—or someone—always needs you.

This is not a yoga class.

It is not a lecture.

And it is not another opportunity to work on yourself.

EXHALE is a live, in-person restorative experience combining quiet reflection, deep rest, and an immersive sound bath designed to help you soften internally, breathe more freely, and experience what it feels like to be supported.

You don’t need to arrive relaxed.

You don’t need to know how to let go.

You don’t need any previous experience with meditation, restorative practices, or sound baths.

You only need to arrive as you are.

For two hours, nothing is being asked of you. 🤍

One of the challenges of being the person everyone can count on is that people often stop asking how you’re doing.

Not because they don’t care.

Because you seem okay.

You handle things.

You figure things out.

You keep moving.

And after a while, everyone begins to assume you’re fine.

Including you.

Until one day you realize that being capable doesn’t mean you’re meant to carry everything alone.

What if the goal isn’t to become stronger?

What if you’ve already been strong for far too long?

What if the next chapter isn’t about carrying more…

but carrying less?

Not because life suddenly becomes easy.

But because you begin relating to it differently.

One of the hardest things to notice is what has become normal.

Checking your phone the moment it makes a sound.

Thinking about problems before they happen.

Feeling responsible for everyone else’s feelings.

Rarely sitting down without mentally reviewing your to-do list.

Doing so much for so long that you stop noticing how much energy it takes.

Not because there’s anything wrong with you.

Because humans adapt.

We adapt to pressure.

We adapt to stress.

We adapt to carrying more than we need to.

Until one day we realize:

What feels normal isn’t necessarily sustainable.

And what feels normal isn’t necessarily the only way to live.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years…

The women who appear strongest on the outside are often carrying the most behind the scenes.

They’re managing households.

Supporting aging parents.

Helping adult children.

Holding families together.

Showing up for everyone.

And often doing it all while quietly telling themselves:

“I’m fine.”

Sometimes the greatest act of self-care isn’t doing more.

It’s allowing yourself to acknowledge how much you’ve been carrying.

RESET begins this Saturday. 🤍

For the past several weeks I’ve been sharing about the women who are carrying too much internally…

the women who are always holding everything together,
the women who feel guilty resting,
the women who are exhausted but keep pushing through anyway.

RESET was created for those women.

This is a small 4-week experience focused on nervous system support, emotional decompression, gentle movement, restorative practices, and creating more internal safety.

Over the four weeks we’ll explore:

• Safety
• Release
• Regulation
• Re-patterning

The intention isn’t to fix yourself.

The intention is to soften some of the chronic internal pressure you’ve been carrying for far too long.

We begin Saturday at 10:30 am.

If you’d like more information, send me a message with the word RESET. 🤍
