Blue Belle (Bella) along with the rest of her herd of 6 other horses (5 were also Curly mustangs like Bella, 1 was a Baskir Curly) were headed to auction in Eugene, Oregon in September 2017. Through the great efforts and networking of horses rescuers (both private groups, individuals, and 501c3 nonprofits) Belle found her forever home in Clarkston, Washington. Belle is really coming along. Slowly starting to put weight back on. I am sure these colder nights are not helping, but she is getting extra feed and there is still some left in the morning. Her personality is really starting to shine! She is such a ham😜
