The Abington Heights High School Music Department is proud to congratulate John Roman Vachino on being selected as one of just 12 high school students in the United States to attend the prestigious summer intensive at The MUNY in St. Louis, Missouri.

As America’s oldest and largest outdoor musical theatre, The MUNY is renowned for its exceptional summer season of Broadway-caliber productions.

Congratulations, John Roman, on this remarkable achievement! We are excited to see all that you accomplish and wish you an incredible summer experience.

What a beautiful day at the ballpark! ⚾️🇺🇸

Today, select members of the Abington Heights High School Choir had the honor of performing both the National Anthem and God Bless America at the RailRiders game at PNC Field.

I am incredibly proud of these students for representing our school and community with such professionalism, talent, and pride. They sang beautifully and truly rose to the occasion on a big stage.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the families and friends who joined us and supported our singers throughout the day. Your encouragement means so much and helps make opportunities like these even more special.

From the music to the sunshine to the excitement of the game, it was a wonderful afternoon and a memorable experience for everyone involved.
