🔬 Our STEM (with some A added in) classes have been doing awesome projects since the beginning of the year!

We have learned about 🌟 tessellations (art and math). We have built 🗼 towers, treehouses and boats (engineering). Made 😎 solar ovens, (science and engineering) and conducted experiments with the 💧 water cycle and vortexes (science)! This is just a glimpse of some of the projects we have been doing. STEM is cool!

We are so proud of our six outstanding 5th grade students who have dedicated the past two months to serving as part of our 🌟Helping Hands🌟 morning duty program! Each morning, these students have worked alongside our teachers to support our PreK and kindergarten students in meaningful and caring ways.

From helping ensure our youngest learners have breakfast to making sure they feel safe, secure, and confident as they walk to class, our Helping Hands have shown incredible responsibility, kindness, and leadership. Their willingness to serve others and brighten the mornings of our littlest students has made such a positive difference in our school community.

Thank you, Helping Hands, for all you do! We appreciate your time, compassion, and commitment more than you know. You are wonderful examples of what it means to lead by serving others! 🌟
