Rising Stars Basketball of Clarion Rising Stars is dedicated to operate an elite basketball program that teaches life skills and prepares young minds to handle the challenges life hands them.

The Rising Stars was created by Rogers Laugand, Joseph Deas, and Angelo Anderson on September 9, 2006. The AAU basketball program was created for children in grades kindergarden through 12th grade. Rising Stars was originated on the foundation of teaching life skills through basketball.
