Starting off August right! Last month in kids class we focused on guard retention and passing the guard, and we’re still going strong heading into this month. I’m so proud of how far everyone has come over the past couple of weeks.

Can't wait to see everyone tonight at kid's class, which starts at 5:00 and ends at 6:30, followed by adult Gi class every Tuesday and Thursday
