We have a teenager! Studio B Artworks is 13 years old today! 🎂 We send a world of thank you's to all of you who have helped raise, shape, and guide the studio--from its very rough beginnings to a pretty great space to "Always B Creative"! ❤️🤗

Paint 'n Splatter summer camp was full of messy, arty fun! 😁🖌☀️

Three generations of family and decades of friendships were represented for this red, white 'n blue event. ❤🤍💙
Irma would've loved this! (although she'd be lovin' on that cute great-grandbaby and somehow having us do her painting!) 😅😉🤗

We're preparing projects for our upcoming kids' art camp next week. Students will have many fun creative options! We still have a few open spots. ❤🤍💙
Happy July 4th, friends & neighbors! 🇺🇸

Printmaking camp included:
creating painted paper with kitchen utensils, scrapers, & brushes; carving an original design in styrofoam & pulling prints; doing metal embossing using stylist sticks; adding some stenciling; & assembling it all together to make a unique collage. 🎨🖌✂️✏️ Messy fun in the art room!

Last week, we had a FUN and HOT few days with summer camps, working on our outdoor mural. We got a good start on a faux museum wall. 😃 Each student painted their version of a masterpiece, discovering along the way the enjoyment and challenges of working on a large-scale collaborative project. We'll continue working on it throughout the summer. 🖌
❤ Big THANK YOU to the folks at Spectrum Paint, who donated all the paint!! ❤
