I will continually acknowledge God's hand in my life, especially during Christmas.

For there have been times when the darkness seemed insurmountable and the future uncertain. Christmas, however, brings light to our darkness.

When we lack strength, God provides it. When our hope falters, God's remains constant. In the midst of turmoil, God reassures us of our potential.

This season is not about achieving flawlessness but about experiencing God's unmerited favor.

To those in darkness, don't give up. The God who brought light to the world can rescue you from any situation. If God did it for me, He can do it for you too.

Good Morning Grago's Southern Shaolin Chuan Fa followers and ICBA (International Chinese Boxing Association) Advocates.

We are so proud to be celebrating 50 years of active leadership and worldwide promotion of Legitimate and Traditional Chinese Boxing (Chinese Kung Fu / Martial Arts).

While many martial arts organizations have begun "questionable" rank granting groups

The ICBA provides RANK RECOGNITION certification based on total Board Approval - or Board Members in agreement, along with written correspondence from the requester's ShiFu and/or provable signed certificates of rank.

The ICBA will provide direct rank programs, based on the structured and approved separate curriculums for Chinese Boxing. Open Hands Forms and Weapons Forms.

The Board of the ICBA will be meeting in the Dallas, TX area to perform strategic planning in an effort to keep us strong and encourage growth, as we go forward. The meeting is closed to the public but will be held the weekend of August 30th.

We hope this announcement will encourage Kung Fu enthusiasts to join as a general member, $25 for a year, and assist in the strong .model we are building.

To all of my Male friends from 40 years and up... most of us are going through the next phase of our lives. We're at that age where we see wrinkles, gray hair, and extra pounds. We have ran households, paid the bills, dealt with sickness, sadness, and everything else life has assigned us. We are survivors... a number of us are survivors from inner city streets. we are warriors in the quiet... we are men ...like a classic car or a fine wine. Even if our bodies may not be what they once were, they carry our souls, our courage, and our strength. We shall all enter this chapter of our lives with humility, grace, and pride over everything we have been through, and we should never feel bad about getting older. It's a privilege that is denied to so many.

Guys. I challenge you to copy proudly with your picture and age.

Well good morning Southern Shaolin Kung Fu followers - I hope this post will find all of you in good health with positive attitudes, devoid of depression. We all cling to the motivators that work for us as individuals. As many of you know, my motivation is our Lord, Jesus Christ, who has not only saved us all as the Light of the world but who is with me every waking and sleeping moment of my life. I know many of you aren't accepting of this Truth, as it may not be your truth. Take the time to read about His life and understand his motivation, which indeed was us - including you. I also hope that your pursuit of the Chinese Martial Arts has been personally rewarding and exciting.
