Heads Up : DEERS will be offline this weekend!

Beginning 9pm this Friday, Oct. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 11, you won’t be able to update information, verify eligibility, or complete enrollment actions. The outage will also temporarily delay retail pharmacy fills, prior authorizations, and coordination of benefits because medical and pharmacy personnel will be unable to verify TRICARE eligibility through DEERS.

For urgent concerns during the outage, contact your TRICARE contractor:
• Humana Military for TRICARE East
• TriWest for TRICARE West.
