Strength sports coach

Powerlifting stats:
California (308) and Oklahoma (Best Lifter) USPA State Champion, NPL National Champion (Best Lifter). Help beginners just trying to become healthier, beginners wanting to get into competitive sports, the HS or college athlete that just wants their Squat, Bench, and Deadlift better. The intermediate lifter who just wants a program and someone to hold them accountable, the lifter that wants a coach to program their 12 week meet prep, and lastly, the lifter who just wants the Champs edge and advice on going into a meet. Part of lifting big and/or staying healthy is eating big but eating fresh, much like our meal delivery service. Personal life, I am a Christian, Husband, a Stepdad to 2, 3 cats, 1 dog, 12 chickens, and more wildlife to come. After coaching hundreds over the years in football and track including weight training, I decided to step away from my career, and pursue coaching full time, I am currently training for IPL North American Championships in OKC and currently have an 8-person team and looking to grow. At the end of the day knowledge is free, I'm just here to do research, program the lifting days, even down to personal injury maintenance, you know, the hard stuff while all you have to focus on is just moving the weight. Abe Strong and Amina Strong shirts are in Honor of Amina Ramirez's Daughter to help bring awareness to her rare condition that has left her blind. On a sad day, spring 21, just weeks after Abes new baby girl, who He brought into this world with his loving wife Alyssa, was born, Abe didn't wake up and left behind His family, friends, blended family, His new born and newly wed wife. with each Amina/Abe Strong shirt purchased, part of the proceeds will be donated to Aminas wellness and treatments.
