After coaching hundreds over the years in football and track including weight training, I decided to step away from my career, and pursue coaching full time, I am currently training for IPL North American Championships in OKC and currently have an 8-person team and looking to grow. At the end of the day knowledge is free, I'm just here to do research, program the lifting days, even down to personal injury maintenance, you know, the hard stuff while all you have to focus on is just moving the weight.
