The EmPOWER Center is thrilled to share the launch of a new program! Through a collaboration with the Lavender Healing Collective, we are offering free, virtual, confidential, trauma-informed counseling services to 7C student survivors of sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking. Counseling is available to students of all gender identities without a long wait. Hosted by the 4C Advocates, all survivors and allies are welcome for a night of self-reflection and self-care through artistic expression and creativity. There will be art
materials, project ideas, as well as prompts to facilitate writing provided. There will also be SomeCrust and beverages at the Hive for all attendees to enjoy!
Students will have the option to contribute their creations, anonymously or not, to a display that will be featured during Take Back the Night during S*xual Assault Awareness Month on April 21st from 6:30-9:00 p.m.. TBTN is meant to empower and uplift members of our community by marching through our campuses at night, a time when students and survivors often feel unsafe.

In honor of SAAM, we will be having two healthy relationship workshops with House of Ruth educators. These events will be in person on our porch at 3:30-4:30 on 3/30 and 4/13! The first ten attendees for each session will win a tote bag, and there will be boba for all attendees. See you there!
