Eloisa is one of many familiar faces you will meet on campus. She has been a staple on Pitzer's campus since 1982, greeting students with her vibrant smile and infectious laugh in our dining hall, McConnell. Eloisa says, "I pour my whole heart out for the kids," evident in the integral, everyday role she plays on campus. Eloisa embodies the core value of Social Responsibility every day, and we have to thank the hands that feed us. Eloisa, we appreciate everything you do for our community!

As we prepare for students' return to campus in the next week, here's a throwback of our last celebration together as an office. Our junior admissions staff gathered to celebrate the holiday season! Watch their smiles as they play White Elephant and have an evening full of joy and community before the holiday break and reading season began! Our counselors will soon emerge from their respective caves woolly and well-caffeinated to assess the incoming class of 2027! Did you apply to Pitzer this cycle?

Cecil did his fair share of travel this fall! He was the good luck charm for the Red Sox at Fenway Park when they hit a Grand Slam, joined Natalia in Boulder at the NCAR Mesa Laboratory, and took a dip in Alaska's Eagle River. He's finally settled down on campus to finish reviewing our Early Decision I applications. If you applied for our ED 1 Round, we're releasing decisions on December 16th! look out for an official email with details from our office.
