The mission of the Pomona College Career Development Office (CDO) is to empower students and alumni to utilize their liberal arts education to gain self-understanding, identify their interests, and formulate a career plan. The CDO is here to provide quality resources, services, and advising to help Pomona College students and alumni apply their liberal arts education and life experiences to a life

Meet Sarah, a Pomona sophomore and a Peer Advisor! Her piece of advice is, "If she could give a piece of advice to other students as they navigate their career path is by leveraging the Sagehen Alumni network – so many alumni are more than happy to share about their journey, and it may give you some guidance in your own."
