Description
DLAMP is an inclusive mentorship program designed to connect students and consulting leaders through a cohort-driven mentorship program with a focus on building meaningful connections, developing leadership skills, and cultivating professional confidence.
As part of the program, participants will be accepted into a cohort of student leaders and paired with junior- and senior-level mentors at Deloitte Consulting. You can learn more about the DLAMP program here.
Eligibility
DLAMP is designed for second-years at the 5Cs. We will prioritize students graduating between December 2023 and May 2024. Students who are Black or African American, Hispanic or Latine, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, two or more races, 1st Gen, or LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
DLAMP is an entry-level program for second-years from all experience levels and majors to learn about consulting. No prior consulting or professional services experience is required
