Hello All,

Happy New Year! I hope this message finds you and your loved ones doing well. A few updates for everyone:

1) Class Notes- Please submit any life updates you would like featured in the alumnae magazine by early next week.

​2) 10 Year Reunion- ​Unclear how a decade has passed since we left Scripps but this May (3rd-5th) we are invited back to celebrate our 10th reunion! The reunion committee will be sending out an e-mail with reunion details shortly but you can access all of the information here as well as register.

3) Torch Passing- Having happily served as our class scribe for the last 10 years it feels like the right time to open up the opportunity to another classmate. Please shoot me a message if you are interested!

Class of 2009! Hope everyone is enjoying the start of summer. Today is the last day of the fiscal year and that means it is the day to give back to Scripps if you haven't done so already anytime between July 1, 2016 and now. Our class has such a strong history of being philanthropic in many ways to our alma mater. Let's keep this tradition going! Any gift of any amount is important and valuable. Also, only two more years until our 10 year reunion...just saying.

Want to let you know about this weekend's " Weekend of Giving"

Between June 10- June 13, Scripps is encouraging students,
alumnae and friends of the college to participate in a 4 day challenge with the goal of reaching 1000 gifts.


Thanks to the amazing generosity of Board of Trustee Chair Mark Herron and trustees Nancy Katayama ’77, Chalan Colby ’61, and Laura Hockett ’85 , a gift in ANY amount will be matched with an additional $200.
