This Sunday, students gathered for ASPC’s Fall 2026 Candidates Forum to hear directly from the candidates about their ideas, priorities, and hopes for Pomona.

The forum offered an opportunity to get to know the students running to represent our community and learn more about what they would bring to ASPC. Thank you to our candidates for stepping forward to serve, and to everyone who took the time to attend and join the conversation.

Student participation is central to the work we do. We encourage you to keep learning about the candidates and make your voice heard in this fall’s elections.

Incoming Sagehens: here’s what you need to know about Pomona’s reusable green box program. Green boxes allow students to take meals to go while reducing single-use waste across campus.

Last year, Sagehens used 27,000 reusable containers, preventing 3,500 pounds of waste and 6.6 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions.

To return your green box, empty any remaining food into a compost bin, scan the QR code at a designated return station and drop off the container within three days. Watch the reel for a step-by-step guide and return locations across campus.
