Certified in-home childcare is looking for a talented, experienced staff to work with our amazing kids!

Our philosophy here is a combination of play-based and project-based. Kids are encouraged to learn through play and hands on experiences for our lessons and much of our day. This approach encourages skill application and positive learning habits by attempting to make learning as fun and self-motivated as possible. We provide a full curriculum that is age appropriate for ages 6 weeks- 3 years.

To Qualify You Must Have:
- Have an account with ORO with qualified certifications
-Registered in the Criminal Background Registry of Oregon
-Have Food Handlers Card
-Child Abuse and Neglect training
- Health & Safety
- Sleep Safety Training
-CPR/1st Aid -includes infant
-Minimum 2 years experience working with children
-Must be comfortable working with staff and working closely with the owners
-Must be comfortable talking with parents
-Early childhood education highly desirable

Qualities and skills:
-Dependable
-Ability to multitask
-Experience and/or education related to children
-Can work alone and as a team
-Ablility to work with a mixed age group
-Comfortable communicating with parents and other staff
-Organized
-Creative
-Ability to take initiative and follow written and oral directions
-Ablility to come up with a Monthly lesson plans based on weekly themes
