Last week, POR2602 went through the PHTLS badge course and worked on extrication.

Last week, POR2602 started the Trauma module in the didactic phase of the program. They worked on trauma assessments, wound packing, and applying tourniquets.

Our POR2602 students are building confidence and competence as they practice airway management skills and intubation techniques, preparing them for real-world emergencies.

On February 24, we proudly celebrated the students of POR2502. Family members, friends, and dedicated preceptors joined us to honor the hard work, resilience, and commitment these students demonstrated throughout their time in the program.

We couldn’t be more proud of each and every one of them. We wish them all the best as they take the next steps in their careers. Congratulations POR2502!

Students of POR2602 worked on IV skills, live IV, and IO.

It’s been busy here at College of Emergency Services. We are starting 3 cohorts this year and excited as we continue to grow.

Students of POR2502 are currently finishing up the Field Internship phase of the program before they graduate. Meanwhile, students in POR2508 are in the final stretch of the didactic phase before they begin their Clinical phase.

On February 5th, our POR2602 cohort started the didactic phase of the program with 27 students. Finally, 16 students of POR2606 started their 3-month Anatomy & Physiology course as part of the Associates of Applied Science Degree Program today.

POR2508 went through ACLS this week and did a great job.
