Love it when a plan comes together. Several years ago we bought the Red Angus cow as a foundation female. She was just that. Good genetics breed on. Today was proof. Grand daughter calved with a nice bull calf

Had a fun day today with Ag 2, wrapping up their meats unit with a grilling competition cooking beef, pork, and lamb. Thanks to Chef Shadow for helping us out as a judge.
