A good way to practice playing faster double kicks is to position the top of your feet at the lower end of the pedals while increasing your speed, allowing for more bounce back, more control and less strain

Proud of this kid, one of my best students.... Casey, he listens well and really practices patience and trys every single beat i throw at him 2 twice, 3 times, ten times.......he then practices himself at home and gets them down tight...... the book were using is Dave Zubraski ''Absolute Beginners'' volume 2. !!! Good job buddy kicken butt. !!!!!

Heres a simple Quarter note and Eighth note beat you can practice with ! Sometimes Keeping it simple makes for a more powerful and catchy song.
