✨Woodside will once again have a Giving Tree in the office to provide assistance during the holidays to families in our Woodside community. ✨ This year we have a number of families we would like to support with gifts for the children and food for the family.

If you would like to participate in this worthwhile effort, you may come into the office and pick one or more stars from the Giving Tree.

The stars will be placed on the tree beginning Monday, November 17th. The gift should be returned to the office by Tuesday, December 16th. The gift should be wrapped, and the star should be placed on top.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

Hi everyone!

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the Woodside PTO.

At this time, all PTO business and activities are temporarily on pause. Our next meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, November 19th has been canceled.

We are currently exploring the possibility of transitioning to a new organizational structure, but nothing has been decided yet. As we continue to gather information and determine the best path forward, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more clarity. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community.

Warm regards,
Woodside PTO

✨Woodside is proud to participate in the annual Kids Can Food Drive!✨ This event brings our school community together to help local families in need during this time of year. Our goal is to collect enough donations to fill at least 20 boxes with food and essential household items. We just have 4 boxes left to fill!

There is always a need for:
- Baby supplies
- Non-food household essentials
- Feminine care products
- Nonperishable food donations.

The most requested food items:
- Canned meats like tuna, chicken, turkey, ham, stew and chili
- Canned vegetables
- Pasta & pasta sauce
- Beans
- Rice
- Healthy cereals
- Peanut Butter

Every contribution makes a difference—thank you for helping us show that kids can make a big impact!

🎃 Trunk or Treat was a pumpkin smash! 🎃

Thank you to everyone who donated their time and energy to helping this event happen! The trunks looked amazingly spooky and creative (just a few of many shown)!

A special thanks to the wonderful people of PTO who worked so hard all day on the Fall Friendship Day and Trunk or Treat events. Our community would not have had been able to gather and celebrate and have FUN without them! 🎉

Red Ribbon Week, a time to learn about making healthy and safe choices. It’s a nationwide event that reminds students to take care of their bodies, minds, and each other by staying drug-free.

Together, we’re building healthy habits, showing kindness, and making choices that help us grow strong and confident every day!

Each day of the week we will have a different spirit day.
Students can show their spirit by dressing in the following ways:

Mon. Oct. 27- Swap Day- Students dress like teachers and teachers' dress like students
Tue. Oct. 28- Mix & Match your clothing
Wed. Oct. 29- Pajama Day (No slippers or blankets.)
Thurs. Oct. 30- Wear Red Day
Fri. Oct. 31- Character Day (Students can dress in costume if they would like. No masks, or accessories are allowed, and the costume needs to follow the district dress code and be school appropriate.)
