Do you want your knee/wrist to "feel" more stable?
Do you want your hips/shoulders to "feel" less stiff?

Train with lighter loads and incorporate exercises that focus on impact absorption. Once stability and stiffness are removed, build back up to heavier loads to stay strong.

This is a quick slideshow of how to make bison meatballs. This time, I just added them to a bed of romaine leaf lettuce and topped it off with cilantro. πŸ₯©

4 tips for strong abs:

Remember, weights are simply a means to an end.

To effectively target the RIGHT muscles, choose a weight, or equipment, or position that does not require momentum to achieve the desired goal.

This is why people complain about planks; you can't use momentum to hold up your body weight. πŸ˜†

Also, the abs connect to many vital muscles that provide co-contractions up and down your entire body.

Therefore, isolation is not always realistic. Core training through moderate to heavier loads AND, especially rotation, are definitely required once you move past phase 1 of training.

3 exercises/stretches for recovery:

Do you have stiff hips, stiff back, or stiff knees?
Try these in combination with other recovery strategies. 😌

Recovery strategies include:
1. Stretching
2. Meditation/Breathing
3. Journaling
4. Sleeping 7-9 hrs a night
5. Massage and Self Myofascial Release
6. Doing a hobby or activity you enjoy
7. Going on a retreat

There are definitely more options for recovery, but these are some of the vital ones to practice.

Getting your guts to rotate around is a key in breaking up stiffness from the top down and from the bottom up. πŸ”‘
