Hello dear loved ones. We are allowing space as we move through this time. In the month of September, we are having two wonderful events.
Our first one is this coming Friday, September 6, at Paper City Coffee in Chillicothe. Our lovely Coffee Circle begins at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome.
The second event is Thursday, September 26, at the Pickaway County Library. Our monthly Spiritual Support Group meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Please come and join us at either meeting. We would love to see you there. Peace.

"Meditation is good for the soul." We have often heard this but do we really know why? The true act of meditation is not a struggle to quiet everything. It is taking a moment for yourself, sitting in a comfy seat and breathing. That is it.
Many can add embellishments but when it comes down to the root, the most important thing you can do for yourself is put you first; to listen to your breath. Even if that means in between all of the thoughts racing by or the noises around you. Let them race; let them be; they will all still be there in a moment. And, so will you.

We offer beautiful Mind-Full of Meditation events. Our next one will be coming up on Sunday, August 18th at 1:00pm. Please come; join us; give yourself a moment to just be.

In the energy of finding those who are like-minded and in alignment, we may, from time to time, become discouraged for various reasons. We all need a "tribe", if you will, who can relate & support us on our journey of ups and downs.
We offer an open space, to not only breathe, but listen, share, love unconditionally and cheer one another on, above all else.
It Is Well Spiritual Center is a place where no matter what class or event is going on, one thing is constant: you will always be loved, accepted and welcome.
Come and sit with us; come and breathe with us; come as you are, in all of your true self and be loved.
We are here, hands and hearts open. Peace and love.

Our topic this month of reading and discussion is Intuition. We are very excited to share on this and can't wait to see what others bring to share on this subject as well.

We had an amazing meeting tonight listening to the wisdom of Rev. Elaine J. Sturtz.(Minister, Counselor (LPCC), Author & Speaker). We are so grateful for the loving messages she shared.

Our upcoming monthly Spiritual Support Group meeting is on Thursday, the 25th and we are honored to have a special guest speaker, Elaine J Sturtz, who will be speaking on grief counseling.
She is a licensed professional clinical counselor, a reverend, a hospice chaplain and an author. She shares her wisdom and conviction through education, knowledge and personal experiences as well.
Grief counseling helps to process emotions and cope with loss and facilitate through talk therapy, a safe space and helping maintain a connection to whomever has been lost.

Although we are from different backgrounds, we're all connected. We CAN believe differently, hold ritual and ceremony differently, live differently, wear different clothes, and still coexist in harmony and peace.
Our differences make us stronger.
