As demolition of UCโ€™s iconic Crosley Tower continues, the building has found new life in The Crosley Tower Horrorโ€”an indie game that invites players to explore its darkened halls and mysterious floors. This game is giving players a chance to explore a spooky digital version of one of UCโ€™s most talked-about landmarks.

For more than 50 years, UC archaeologist Jack L. Davis has helped shape the study of ancient Greece through groundbreaking research, fieldwork and mentorship.

Now, the Carl W. Blegen Professor of Greek Archaeology in the University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences has received the 2026 Athens Prize โ€” a prestigious honor recognizing scholars whose work has significantly advanced knowledge of ancient Greece.

What helps a restaurant survive โ€” and what leads to closure? ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ“Š

UC geography doctoral student Hannah Dahlke studied 15 years of restaurant data across Cincinnati neighborhoods to examine how events like the Great Recession and COVID-19 impacted independently owned eateries throughout the city. Her research highlights the challenges restaurants face and the role neighborhood factors can play in long-term survival.
