Throughout her time at the University of Cincinnati, Jordyn discovered that the friendships, mentors, faculty, and support systems around her weren't just part of the college experience — they helped shape who she became.

For alumnus Bruce Seidel, being a Bearcat for Life is about opportunity, flexibility, and the people who help you build your own path. 🐾
A 2022 graduate of the UC Lindner College of Business, Bruce credits UC's co-op program and faculty support with helping him gain real-world experience that shaped the trajectory of his career. When he wanted to continue building on a co-op experience he loved, his professors worked with him to create a path forward with a level of flexibility and commitment to experiential learning that made all the difference.
Today, Bruce serves as a Director at eGateway Capital and continues to carry the lessons he learned at UC into his professional journey.

For Jac Kern, being a Bearcat for Life is about realizing the place that can help shape your journey the most can sometimes be right in front of you all along. 🐾
After transferring to Cincinnati as a student, an internship through UC’s journalism program helped launch Jac’s career in storytelling. Years later, that journey came full circle when she returned to UC, where she’s spent nearly a decade helping elevate and share the stories of Bearcats across the university!

As an expert in cosmetic science, Dobos helped provide insight into the science behind sunscreen ingredients and what potential changes could mean for consumers.
