"Being a childcare provider can be challenging at times, but it is also incredibly rewarding. The love I receive—whether it’s the daily ‘I love you’s,’ the warm hugs after I’ve been away, my old kids referring people to me or the moments when a child doesn’t want to leave because they want to stay with me—reminds me why I do this work. Despite the hard days, these small yet meaningful moments make it all worthwhile. They remind me that, at the heart of it all, I’m making a positive impact in their lives, and that is what brings me joy every single day."

Recently, our community has faced significant budget cuts, resulting in the closure of several daycares and early head starts. Please note that Issue 28 on tomorrow's ballot is crucial for funding Preschool Promise, which provides financial support as far as tuition for so many families our vote for Issue 28 is essential to prevent further cuts to Preschool Promise. As one of my community partners, Cincinnati Preschool Promise plays a vital role in covering tuition costs for quality preschools and enhancing childcare programs through coaching and support to maintain Step Up to Quality Ratings and so much more !! Please vote
