A Heartfelt Thank You!
What an unforgettable night! We at Wave Pool and Welcome want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who came out to the Welcome Handbook book launch last Thursday! (& braving the snow to support this project!) Your warmth, kindness, and generosity meant the world.
This book is a free online resource, and while there was a small limited run of physical copies, the true gift was seeing our incredible community come together. From donations to hot cider purchases, every bit of support helped bring this vision to life.
It was a night filled with connection and joy. Thank you for being part of this journey!

Reflecting on an unforgettable day at the Imagining Abolition: A Family Reunion exhibit by The Returning Artists Guild! ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ’ซ We had the privilege of experiencing โ€œYard Dayโ€ in Camp Washington, a powerful gathering of abolitionist artists directly impacted by the prison system. The event was a beautiful blend of artmaking, wellness, music, dance, and food, thanks to a partnership with RAG, River City Correctional, Hamilton County Parks, and The Welcome Project. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’– Grateful for the creativity and community that brought us all together! Please follow for more information on the artists.
