Hello Friends! It has been quite some time since I last posted on my yoga page. I do apologize for the absence but the last crazy four months have been a time of change for me. After graduating from UC, I packed my life away (Keven and our puppy Louie alongside!) and moved to South Florida for a new job in Boca Raton. It has been the most amazing life changing event, filled with uncertainties, vulnerabilities, and most of all, excitement! As a yoga instructor, it's very important to find a happy balance of continuing to learn and be a student yourself while having the ability to teach and help others grow in their own practice. I took these last few months as a time to be a full on student again, on and off my mat, as I took in all of the changes around me. With these changes, I am beginning to find settlement and peace while letting life take its' course.
As the beautiful Fall season is quickly approaching (even though it's a steady 85 degrees here), I want to leave you all with this: Allow yourself time for YOU. It's okay to be selfish sometimes. Take a moment to step back and look at all of the beauty around you. Allow changes to take their course and trust in yourself and your heart. Everything will be okay... xo Sarah

Cincinnati yogis! I only have three classes left teaching at the CRC - April 14th 6:30pm and April 21st @ 5:00pm & 6:30pm!
These will be my last classes in Cincinnati as I have accepted a job in Boca Raton, Florida. I would love to see everyone before I leave so be sure to catch these last few classes :)

Peanut butter banana protein smoothie!
8 oz almond milk
2 cups fresh kale
1 frozen banana
1 serving protein powder of your choice
2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
Topped with a blend of flax seed, chia seed, coconut flakes, and cocoa powder

Grapefruit basil juice:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 grapefruit, peeled
2 fresh basil leaves, stems removed
1/2 cup pineapple
This anti-inflammatory juice is high in vitamins A, K, and C 👍
