It was a beautiful first ‘Mornings in the Garden’ gathering today! Parents (and some future HPS students 😉) enjoyed coffee and treats from Dovetale Bakery while connecting with one another and taking in the garden.

Couldn’t make it this morning? Don’t worry! We’ll continue our ‘Mornings in the Garden’, every other Tuesday through the end of October with our next meet up scheduled for September 29th, 7:45am - 8:25am. We hope you can join us!

🕊️ MORNINGS IN THE GARDEN 🌹

Join us for a new bi-weekly gathering in the Hyde Park School Garden, hosted in partnership with our wonderful neighbors at Dovetale Bakery!

Starting Tuesday, September 15th, stop by The Garden directly after morning drop-off to grab a cup of coffee, enjoy light pastry bites from Dovetail, and connect with fellow parents, caregivers, and neighbors before your workday begins. Stay for five minutes or the whole half-hour - come as you are!

Another successful (and fun!) garden work day. Thanks to all of our helpers, young and old(er). This is truly a community effort and we couldn’t do any of it without you! 🪏

On that note, we are in need of more tomato cages 🍅. If you have an extra you’re willing to donate, please drop up at the garden anytime. Also feel free to message and we can pick up from you.

Did you know a group of Hyde Park teachers volunteered their time this summer to keep the garden watered and healthy?? As if we needed more reasons to love them. 💙

Are you interested in helping in the garden just like Ms.Lavelle in this picture?! You’re in luck … this Sunday, July 19th, 10-2, we’re having another garden work day and would love some help! Weeding, mulching and building the remaining two benches. Bring your garden gear and your kids (if you want lol). Hope to see you there!
