This garden is more than a beautification project.

It’s an investment in the well-being and development of every child, and a space that welcomes families, neighbors, and community partners to engage in learning and growth together.

The HPS fourth grade Girl Scouts, Troop 4873, officially kicked off our planter planting this morning with a native, pollinator garden 🐝🦋🐦. A big thank you to for teaching the girls (and us) so much about what we were planting and also how to plant and care for our garden, all while making it fun! And a shout out to and their super knowledgeable staff for helping us choose our plants. We will definitely be back!

In our garden: Milkweed, Bee Balm, Cone Flowers, Yarrow, Monarda, Dill, Marigolds and Nasturtium.
