As the Southwest Hub for the Ohio STEM Learning Network (OSLN), Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative is fortunate to have incredible partners like the HCESC - Hamilton County Educational Service Center collaborating on practices that strengthen STEM and STEAM learning opportunities for all students across Ohio.

This session will have you:
• Examining how artificial intelligence is being used to generate images and videos, with a focus on implications for high-quality instruction, ethical use, and future-ready learning.
• Reviewing Ohio’s newly revised Quality Model for STEM and STEAM Schools to deepen our shared understanding of effective, innovative STEM practices.
• Participating in content-specific breakout sessions in Math, Science, and Technology/Engineering designed to support rigorous instruction and interdisciplinary connections.

Session Detail Region 4 serves a seven-county area composed of 50 public school districts and 45 public charter schools, representing more than 1.1 million students, 87,000 educators, and 1,500 campuses.

University of Cincinnati's Center for Smart, Sustainable & Resilient Infrastructure, Future Mobility Design Lab and DriveOhio are coming together to create Immersive AR/VR Experiences related to smart mobility. This is a university-student-led project focusing on the future of transportation in Ohio. If you are interested or would like to learn more, please complete the survey via the QR code or by reaching out to [email protected]. The purpose of this survey is to gather information and insights from Ohio Educators of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM)-related subjects, technology and transportation experts, policy makers, and parent communities regarding best practices in the use and integration of immersive experiences (i.e., AR/VR, 360, and mobile tools) in education. All K-12 Ohio Educators in STEAM related subjects and transportation experts are invited to participate!
