Starting THIS SUNDAY join me for free yoga at Sawyer Point!

Spread the word! The season is back, can’t wait to see you all!
🕐 1pm EVERY SUNDAY at the Riverfront Rink between Montgomery Inn & the pickleball courts. TRULY for all bodies, no experience needed. ✨💖🙏🏼

Arrive as you are and honor your body, each unique body’s practice will look unique. Options will be available to intensify or soften each posture. 🧘‍♀️🫶🏼

☑️ Bring your mat and a water bottle (limited mats available for borrowing). Come grow with us! Arrive 10-15min early to park and allow time to find us and settle in. ✨💖

🅿️ Park at Bicentennial Commons Parking lot back by the pickle ball courts, or go for free parking at Friendship park or along the street.

✨💖🛼 Stay for the free skate lesson right afterwards at 2pm (great for beginners and intermediate).

In your private sound session, it’s tailored to your needs. ✨

In a typical 60 minute Himalayan bowl massage, you will receive relaxing vibrations to all the major muscle groups, then a little extra time surrounding any problem areas. Often times we find a hidden location of tension, pulling on and causing pain in other muscles.

So yeah I’ll work those shoulders but trust we will also hit up the arms, pecs, low back, and more. And your shoulders will love you for it.
