Look who made People Magazine. Run, Mike, run. You’re my idol!

Mike Fremont started running more than six decades ago after the death of his first wife, and it quickly became a vital part of his life ...

Delicious Keto Desserts don't have to take lots of time!  Try this super simple Peanut Butter Bark.  Depending on how ambitious you are, you can keep it simple with some Cacao nibs or spruce it up with chocolate drizzle!

Looking forward to our luncheon June 19. See you all there!

Another fun lunch at LaRosa’s. Between Irene’s “mydonttouchit” and Gail’s honeymoon stories I’m not sure I ever laughed so hard. Next luncheon will once again be at LaRoses 2411 Boudinot Ave on Sept 12 11:30. Come for a lot of laughing with a little lunch on the side😂

A good time was had at our reunion luncheon at LaRosa’s on Monday. Buddy himself stopped by to chat. I think he said he is 90 and still coming to work. We missed a few Angels, but understandably due to the cold and 3” of snow! Next luncheon is June 18, with location to be announced. If anyone has any ideas on a location, let us hear from you. It might just be back at LaRoses.

Our first post reunion luncheon at Sorrento's. Great turnout with 22 "Angels" in attendance. It was decided that Sorrento's is convenient to most, had a nice back room for us and our server Mariam was really great, so we will keep our luncheons there and will meet every 3 months. See you in March. A reminder email to all will be sent out.

Had a great turnout and everyone had fun. We all are so young! Hope to see everyone at the lunches. Thanks everyone for a great time. And thank you Pebble Creek!

As our reunion date gets closer, I'm getting more excited! Great responses are coming in. If anyone has any pictures, attach them to a poster board and bring to the luncheon. We have a large room rented and the more pictures we have on display, the more fun it will be. Maybe we'll have a contest for the most rated hair😂🎓
Don't let ⌛️run out. Send in your reservation and join the fun‼️
