Hello EMBA Alumni,
It is the end of an era: Prof. Paul Fiorelli, Business Law & Ethics Professor and Director of the Cintas is retiring after 42 years of teaching, including Business Law & Ethics for the Executive MBA program.
His final class is this fall 2025 semester BLAW 755: Business Law & Ethics for the Executive MBA program.
To celebrate, EMBA alums are invited to campus starting at 12:15 p.m. on December 13th for his final class in Smith Hall https://www.xavier.edu/about/map

Austin Beebe shares his experience going to the Cintas Ethics’ “Dark Waters” event where students got the chance to meet the real life attorney, Rob Bilott, who was depicted in the movie.
