Maybe you don’t need more confidence.

Maybe you’ve just become really confident in the wrong story.

The story that you’ll fail.

The story that you’ll be judged.

The story that you’ll mess it up.

The story that says you can’t handle rejection.

After years of coaching people, I’ve learned that most people aren’t waiting on confidence.

They’re waiting on certainty.

And certainty rarely comes first.

Action does.

What limiting belief have you become so confident in that it’s keeping you stuck?

Funny how the things I used to think were boring turned out to be the things that make life good.

One of the biggest relationship mistakes I see is people saying they want a committed, aligned relationship while still holding onto connections they already know aren’t right for them.

Not because they’re in love.

Because it’s comfortable.

Because it’s familiar.

Because loneliness feels uncomfortable.

The challenge is that every relationship occupies space mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

If you’re still attached to a placeholder, you may not be fully available for the relationship you’re hoping to create.

A question worth considering:

“What am I still holding onto that’s taking up their space?”

Today was one of those days.

Everything that could go wrong, did.

Years ago, I would’ve looked for a way to escape the feeling.

Today, I headed to the gym instead.

Not because I felt motivated.

Not because I was having a great day.

Because I’ve learned that manifestation doesn’t stop when life gets messy.

We’re always creating.

We’re either doing it by default or we’re doing it deliberately.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is choose a response that supports the reality you’re trying to create.

Bad days happen.

What you do next matters.

I wish somebody had told me this when I quit drinking alcohol…

You don’t just quit alcohol.

You quit the dopamine that came with it.

The anticipation.
The excitement.
The ritual.
The reward.

That’s why so many people quit one addiction and accidentally replace it with another unhealthy one.

Your brain is still looking for that same feeling.

For me, the replacement became the gym.

I traded happy hour for workouts and became a total gym rat.

The lesson?

Don’t just quit the addiction.

Upgrade it.

Your victim story might be true.

That’s the part people miss.

The facts can be accurate.
The pain can be real.
What happened can absolutely have been unfair.

But if you keep telling the story from the place of “look what they did to me,” you stay energetically tied to the person, the wound, and the version of you who had no power.

Your power comes back when you stop asking why it happened and start looking at the decisions you made that got you there.

Not to shame yourself.

To free yourself.

That’s the difference.

I pulled the Spiritual Freedom card from my Addiction Recovery with the Law of Attraction deck for the collective, and this message felt too important not to share.

A lot of people think freedom means doing whatever you want.

But real freedom often starts with being honest about what you want.

Every time you say yes when you mean no, stay quiet when something matters, or abandon yourself to keep the peace, it costs you a little bit of your freedom.

And eventually, that turns into resentment.

Authenticity isn’t selfish. It’s one of the most loving things you can practice.

What part of your life is asking for more honesty right now?

I’m about to say something crazy…

but honestly?
I don’t want you listening to me for a little while.

Seriously… take a break.

Because you’ve already watched tons of videos about healing, manifestation, nervous systems, Abraham Hicks, all of it…

but you’re still repeating the same habits every day.

And I think that’s the problem.

There’s a huge gap between information and embodiment.
Between knowledge and action.

People always say knowledge is power…

but honestly?
Knowledge without action changes nothing.

You can know all about manifestation…
and still spend all day focused on fear.

You can know all about healing…
and still repeat the same self sabotaging patterns every day.

That gap…
between what you KNOW…
and what you actually DO…

is usually the exact reason people stay stuck.

And honestly…

you probably don’t need another video of me talking about raising your vibration.

You probably already know the thing you need to start doing…
or stop doing…

to change your life.

Why quitting addictions feels so hard…

A lot of people are trying to quit addictions while still feeding the same mental spirals every single day.

And then they wonder why the emotional eating…
the toxic relationships…
the drinking…
the doom scrolling…
the self sabotage…
keeps coming back.

Because one negative thought almost never stays alone unless you catch it and interrupt it.

It attracts another thought…
then another…
then another…

until your entire emotional state shifts into survival mode and you suddenly feel the urge to escape your life.

That’s why healing isn’t just behavioral.
It’s energetic.

You can’t create peace while mentally rehearsing chaos all day.

Your thoughts create emotions.
Your emotions influence actions.
And your repeated actions shape your reality.

You are not your thoughts.
You’re the awareness observing them.

And healing starts when you stop feeding the spiral.

If you think you’re a perfectionist… this might hit harder than you expect.

A lot of people who call themselves perfectionists are really just avoiding the things they’re afraid of being judged for.

And honestly… I had to realize this about myself too.

A lot of what I called “perfectionism” was really fear.
Fear of messing up.
Fear of being seen before I felt fully ready.

So I’d overthink.
Research forever.
Wait until I felt more confident.

But confidence usually comes AFTER action… not before it.

The universe responds to movement.

That’s why some people succeed with less experience and less knowledge…
because they were willing to be seen imperfectly.

Quick tip:
Practice imperfection on purpose.

Whatever that thing is you keep overthinking or avoiding because you’re afraid of being judged…
do it before you feel ready.

Because your nervous system learns safety through action…
not hiding from the world.
